So I am sure I have a million funny stories to tell and cute pics to post....... However I have taken up a new hobby and I am obsessed with it. In a way that is sooooo unhealthy I am quite excited about the whole thing.
I woke up one day and decided I wanted to run. For those of you who know me know that that is CRAZY TALK!!! I have never had the endurance to run very far or fast. I have the strength just no endurance.
I have been off of soda completely for 2 months, I started a diet and I have been exercising for 2 months. I feel great. I still have alot of work to do but I look alot better already and feel better. I put my whole family on this program, cooking better and more activity so far so good.
Anyways back to the running thing. I decided to go running. I talked to my sis in law about breathing. She is an avid runner and I figured she would have great advise........ She did. I said "So tell me the secret to regulating your breathing while you run. I just can't get it." She looked at me and said "Just breath normally!!" LIGHT BULB!!!! I know stupid. Right? It really works. I ran that first day a mile and a half non stop!!!!!! MIRACLE!!!!!! Ask anyone who knows me and they will laugh and say "Oh yeah Dani does NOT run!!! HAHAHAHAA!!"
Even better ask any of my P.E. coaches, They will tell you " nada! why do you think she got an F in P.E.?" SO now I am running everyday. I feel AMAZAZAZAZING!!!! It is great. I can not tell you any measurements or LBS. lost because I haven't kept track of it, I find myself getting discouraged when I police that stuff. I just know my clothes fit better and I feel better!!! YEAH!!!!
